The Vietnamese American Community of the USA (VACUSA) is a national licensed since 1992 with most of the Vietnamese American Community of the USA.
Since establishing , the VACUSA to  request a state license to the Vietnamese American Community for most of the  Vietnamese American community with more Vietnamese people.  In Philadelphia  City, the VACUSA has been approved to honoring the Vietnam flag raising beginning on 2012 at the City Hall on the Black Day April 30, 1975 from 10AM until 5PM each year. However, the espionage of the Vietnam Communist Party to lobby the City to change the yellow flag by the Communist flag .
Hopefully  the    Vietnamese  American Community of the USA can’t  change to  the Vietnam Communist with red star flag in 2023 by the Mayor’s Kenney . Now we are waiting the winner of the New Mayor of Philadelphia on November 7, 2023.
Hopefully, the new Mayor of Philadelphia will approve the request of our Vietnamese American Community of the USA.
The Vietnamese American Community of Philadelphia is a large population in the ethnic of the Philadelphia County.

This website will inform the International, USA, Asian news, local news and received a donation to help the poor family, elderly, women and children when they need an emergency supporting from our group before they are receiving from the local government when something happened in our area. Therefore, we need more volunteer people and donations from the people with big heart for humanity.

 

Our VACUSA is a non profit organization with license since 1992 until now.,With a license, we did organize a yellow flag raising at City Hall Philadelphia since 2012 , received a land at Penn Landing to build the Viet Nam/ American memorial and special the Speaker of the PA to issue a certificate to recognize the yellow flag is symbolize for the Vietnamese refugee community in PA as well as in the USA.

 

On 2023, someone want to change the yellow flag of the Vietnamese American community by the flag of Vietnam Communist but  they arẻ failed. Thank you for all friends to support our efforts to success our goals. LTS.
